What is the difference between Lenz's law and Faraday's law?

Lenz's Law refers to an induced emf on a conductor forcing a current to be produced that produces a magnetic field to oppose the change in magnetic flux on the conductor.

Faraday's Law refers to an emf induced in a conductor when there is a change in magnetic flux for the conductor (induced by a magnetic field).

Lenz's Law occurs due to what happens with Faraday's Law.

Faraday's Law just refers to how electromagnetic induction occurs. Lenz's Law interprets why it happens and how.

So essentially without Faraday, no Lenz
Without Faraday's Law, Lenz's Law would be too difficult to explain.

I mean some refer to Lenz's Law as an account of "Newton's Third Law" for electromagnetics. I can see where they come from using that with changing flux, however that makes it harder to understand.
