Finding books and the art of research is all a part of the BA experience.

Eventually you kinda know where the subject areas are and you just head in that direction.

Note, however, that unsw social science isn't the best. But who needs books anyways? Sprinkle your essays full of journal articles you pulled off some obscure journal.

Cameron, Deborah, 'Naming of Parts: Gender, Culture, and Terms for the Penis among American College Students', American Speech, Vol. 67, No.4, 1977, pp. 367-382.

Marcovich, Miroslav, 'Pythagoras as a cock', The American Journal of Philology, Vol. 97, 1976, pp. 331-335.
um...do you even go to unsw?

I know. Our history collection especially is relatively sad and pathetic, so I often use Macquarie's instead.

I must say I've never even had to, let alone considered, going to UNSW to borrow a book. I'm missing out on all these wonderful experiences!

BONUS only covers newcastle, charles sturt and UTS libraries

you'd probably need to get a library card if you want to borrow books from the sydney uni library

Just use a friend's card who goes there. That's what I do.
And now that's what I will be doing, should the need ever arise...or if I get curous and need a reason to see what all the fuss with Sydney University is all about.

I saw the area "damaged" by the "fire" today. It was a whole helluva lot of nothing. Absolutely nothing bar a few roof tiles missing, and a bunch of desks surrounding a brown mark on the carpet. I've seen cold speakers that have caught on fire and looked more exciting then that. It was relatively close to a few books though, it could have been bad.

Those that don't use the library for research should really consider it. It cuts your research time in half for most engineering courses.
