Does anyone know what a limited prototype is? I can't find it and trust me I've been looking..

My guide says:

"Considers the use of a limited prototype"

I know what a prototype is (evolutionary and conceptual), but limited?

Well it sounds more than likely a throwaway protoype, because it's limited and limited does mean it has a certain limit of functionality, and it's only used to present the concept or basic overview of an idea, and isn't further developed into.

thanks winston, i was thinking a new type of prototype rather than just a prototype that is only used as a guide (conceptual prototype) - if someone thinks this isn't right, please reply
