hmm..i got 100%, but dont ask me how i did it!!
i think its just a matter of listening carefully, scribling down all you can, and then writing as much as humanly possible in the alotted time.

Make sure you listen out to effects they've put in and how they contribute to the language, also
-colloquialisms
-natural speech
-formal or informal
-what tone they are using
and just apply other english concepts i.e metaphors etc.
