Hi, which Uni (out of USYD, UNSW and Macq) has the longest holiday break per year?

Lol pretty much all of them are the same - two 13 week semesters plus a two week exam period in each semester is pretty much standard - give or take a week. The starting and finishing dates can vary though. Some unis (such as USYD) have a one week break for midsemester, while others have two and some (eg USYD again) give you a week off before exams, while others don't. The between semester break is about 4 weeks and the biggest one goes from mid-November to end of Feb/beginning of March.

Did I answer your question or just ramble? Basically the answer is they're just about the same.

I go to MQ and my summer break has been approx 3.5 mnths (end 20 Nov, and I go back 27th Feb). 3 times longer than the stingy hols in highschool...ahhhhhh.....holidays.......

for USYD i think we only get 1 week break for Easter =.=
...and according to an UNSW frnd he gets like 2 or 3 weeks
