Does anyone know of a piano simulator where you use your keyboard to play the keys of a piano?

New Sibelius is out soon...
But Sibelius isnt terribly useful if you dont have a midi setup and a keyboard to record with, because it just takes tooo long to type everything out...

Now i'm looking for another program.
You know how karaoke systems have a scoring feature where the better you sing, the more points you get?
Is there a program like that for PC where you can load up mp3s or karaoke VCDs and get scored for your singing?
