Depends on what you mean by 'accidentally misplaces'.
Four scenarios i can think of...
1. You get misadventured to the sky and back and they'll give you an average mark
2. You kick up a huge stink and they give you a nice mark to shut you up
3. They give you the opportunity to do it again (unlikely since they lost it)
4. They dont tell you and just stick a number in the computer system. This happened to a mate of mine, the teacher put in 8.5 out of 15 instead of the 13 he got but he lost the sheet so he couldnt prove it. Teacher told him to get over it and that he wouldnt change it so thats what he got for it.
