btw, a friend of mine did the whole english paper 1 in pencil

The Board will probably say to me in a booming voice over the phone when i feebly ring up to complain/apologise, "Didn't the supervisor tell you to read the instructions on the front of the paper?..."

Why do you have to do diagrams in pencil anyway? I can understand why they don't want you to do other questions in pencil - cause someone could change it or something - but why do you *HAVE* to do diagrams in pencil?

if im not going to get in uni for my pencil inadequacies, what will happen to your friend? maybe all us misguided anti-pencil fanatics could have a rally?

i think you have to use pencil because its a neatness thing. U can rub out pencil, not pen....

i remember getting a lecture about it in yr 8 maths, people didnt draw their cubes and spheres in pencil....but i cant remember the reason why!
