So basically the question is "Explore what is to blame for the tragedy of Macbeth" and I want to use three body paragraphs. I have like 40 mins to write this, sooooo what should my structure be and what should i talk about?

Maybe look at the contributing factors for each paragraph. Macbeth's "vaulting ambition", Lady Macbeth's persuasion and perhaps the witches prophecy. lol idk

You should probably aim for around 800 - 900 words and most likely have each body paragraph attack a new theme or argument, that means you won't really need to consider linking your paragraphs together in terms of ideas but just have 3 really solid points.
