can anyone give me any info about it? what's it like?

it appeals to me because it seems relatively cheap and i can go in some of the many gaps i have in my timetable ( )

u walk in, gym's on ur right...its not actually that cheap. used to be ok, but the price has gone from 5 to 7 bucks! plus extra buck if you wanna hire towel. You can by bulk entry cards, but it's still quite expenssive given the tiny size of the gym.

there is a bball court and about..6 squash courts. 2 tennis courts outside and large area for badmington.

martial art and aerobic classes are held during the night...

being a frequent visitor of mq gym..all i can say is...it smells in there..and they should install air con in the whole gym..

oh ye, one good thing about the gym is you can deposit ur student id card and borrow equipment from the gym for free. like soccer balls etc

What are the costs ??

Yeah in the club lounge.
Ah they're not bad.
Daytona is $1 or somethinf ro 20 laps on beginner.

from what i remember the yearly fee for the gym seems pretty attractive

i can get $11 a week off peak near home so I hope it's cheaper than that (i saw the figures somewhere but i forget what the yearly membership is, does anyone know?)

yeah that deposit your card thing is like at RSLs and stuff where you need to do that for snooker balls, etc

if the games thing is like the one in the wentworth building at sydney uni it looks SO FUCKING gay all these weiners playing those dancing games thinking they are top shit (some people are full serious haha)

i'd only really be using the gym for weights (and the pool when it comes!), in particular, the rowing machine to balance out the front body weights i can do at home. oh yeah might play a bit of squash (used to do that at school every-so-often)

BUT the link isnt valid anymore so i dont know...
if my memory serves me correctly i think it was around 300 for 12 months

$120 for 4months i think.. cheaper if you buy in 6month or 12month blocks.
