chat sorry i'm slow does this mean that i got into the course as long as i keep my preference as number 1 or that i meet the criteria of srs but i still have a chance of getting declined from the course?

like this is confusing me 
yeah just put the course as ur first preference for uac now and then once you get ur offer on 8th, remove it
