Making VCD (1 Viewer)

I am trying to make a VCD from a video taken on a camera. So far i have uploaded onto my computer as a mpeg file but when i try to make the VCD it says there is insufficient space on the cd but the file is only half the size of the cd.

I think it might have something to do with the bit rate; does any one know how to decrease it?

Make the movie shorter or buy a dvd burner.

I'm using NTI cd and dvd maker.

It only goes for 16 minudtes, that's why i don't understand why it wont fit

Sorry i misunderstood what you were trying to do last night.

Ok, first off dont use that to burn it, i suggest you use either Nero for ease, or if you could be bothered grabbing TMPenc and multiplexing them. (not recommended)
