Sorry dude, I hate to say it but i don't know any good business sites full stop that help you studying the hsc directly. Best beat is to go to your text book and just plow through that...W00t 1 week to go...

i know there are fair few management theories but the only ones you need to know is:

classical - planning, organising, controlling, hierarchal (pyramid) structure, autocratic (strict)

Behavioural - leading, motivating, communicating, flat management structure, partcipative

political - bargaining, power and influence, coalitions

and i think in the heinemann text book there are stacks:
Matrix Approach
Outsourcing Approach
Product line approach
Staff empowerment approach
Total Quality Managment approach
Team work approach
Technology approach
Decentralised Approach
Flat management Approach
