You can't compare apples to oranges, the mindset will be completely different but the general consensus is that the smart people will remain smart and the dumb people remain dumb

I think you are thinking way too ahead of yourself

IMO Junior maths compared to senior maths is a jump from the earth to the moon. In some sense, performance in year 9 may be an indicator for performance in year 12. What's important though is that you make your basics really really strong so then when you build up on these new foreign concepts, you won't have much trouble at all

That's really good – averaging 100 means getting all 100's. :)
Yup :p (Okay, I'm actually on 99.6 as a weighted average for this year... Shhh, it's a secret!)

Great job :D

You must be good
The important thing is that you ask questions when you don't understand something. You're never going to be able to achieve high marks if you don't understand the topic, so don't be afraid to ask questions regardless of how stupid they may seem. The more basic things you miss out on, the harder it becomes to understand more advanced topics later on, so make sure you pay attention and do all those practice questions you get. :)

thanks for the tip
nws ;)

Make sure you're strong in logarithms, algebra, quadratics and all those other topics or else you're gonna struggle big time

Given that we are currently have holidays atm it's best if you revise and get working on these but make sure you don't overdo it

This. If you feel uncomfortable asking in front of others, then ask a friend or a teacher in private
