will the marks we just got get scaled higher or changed at all with the atar tomorrow. im confused what did we get back just then and were they (marks) changed from out raw marks? and will they change even more?

They were aligned marks, but UAC also scales them in order to determine your ATAR.

Only way to get your raw marks is to buy them

I've honestly no clue :/

I assume that raw marks align based on ranks, internals and difficulty, and that hsc marks get scaled based on difficulty alone? No clue lol

It depends on how your subjects scale. From UAC:

"Courses dominated by high‐achieving students, who do well in all their subjects, will be scaled positively. Courses with many students who do not perform well in all their subjects will be scaled negatively."

Alignment's sole purpose is to cater for the difficulty of subjects relative to the years they've been around. Scaling is catering for difficulty of subjects relative to each other
