So, guys.. What is this test gonna be like? A reading comprehension task? Writing an essay? Is this test gonna be counted on our final?

Haha I remember doing the MASUS test.

Is that the essay one? I think it did count to the final.

It's basically "Read these texts, here is a statement or a question, answer the question or discuss it,".

When I did it, the articles and questions were involving computer viruses, which was lucky for me because I know a fair bit about them.

Yeah, I think it's done in the lecture theatre. There will be tons of people doing it wtf? How many questions are there? How much is it weighted?

I remember for sure that I did a MASUS test in a lecture theatre, but that could have been a practise one.

Either way Random Terror, you cannot do anything.

It's just an essay. Rock up to it and write your best. I did the essay without knowing anything and I remember I still scored pretty well (1 off full marks iirc).
