I got a few past hsc questions which i have been doing, but i don't know if i've been doing them correctly as i don't have the answers.
1. Use the principle of mathematical induction to show that
2x1!+5x2!+10x3!+…+(n²+1)n!=n(n+1)!
For all integers positive n.
2.Use Mathematical induction to prove that
1/(1x3) + 1/(3x5) + 1/(5x7) +...+ 1/(2n-1)(2n+1)=n/(2n+1)
For all integers positive n.
