also for the 4 marker ferris wheel question, what was the 'advanced' way of doing it. I just used compound angles i learnt in ext lol
the equation was legit 1/x-1. if u plug x =1, its undefined so its an asymptotewait waht my graph was continuous for the whole domain
same bruhye im gonna lose a mark there, i got t = 3 and 27 and then i started to shit my pants cause i was like where tf are the 2 decimal places in that. i didnt read the q properly fml
i just used the one they gave wasnt it like -1 - 1/x+1 ...the equation was legit 1/x-1. if u plug x =1, its undefined so its an asymptote
arent u not allowed to use ext concepts in adv? Im pretty sure u gotta make the equation tan and do it from therealso for the 4 marker ferris wheel question, what was the 'advanced' way of doing it. I just used compound angles i learnt in ext lol
ye lost a mark as well for some reason when i sub 3 i got 3 again?? so weirdye im gonna lose a mark there, i got t = 3 and 27 and then i started to shit my pants cause i was like where tf are the 2 decimal places in that. i didnt read the q properly fml
yes yes but i think i fked it by adding one to the n like i.e. the last ...+1.00x^25 i said n =26 argghhhhhhhhhyes very like 6 digits i found it with gp did you?
THat is rangeit asked for range tho not domain
reckon i can get a pity mark for thatyes yes but i think i fked it by adding one to the n like i.e. the last ...+1.00x^25 i said n =26 argghhhhhhhhh
broo im so fried rn but i thought range was when you sub in x and that value u get is the range not the value of x you put it e.g -1 the function wont workTHat is range
it asked for height lmao i realised after and went back and subbed it inguys did the ferris wheel q ask us for the height or the time??? i dont think i subbed it back in bruh
i think you had to like do like cos (the period (x-6) and like the 6 is actually 1/4 of the period and u like make it sinealso for the 4 marker ferris wheel question, what was the 'advanced' way of doing it. I just used compound angles i learnt in ext lol
no like i think ur right range is the y valuesbroo im so fried rn but i thought range was when you sub in x and that value u get is the range not the value of x you put it e.g -1 the function wont work
SURELY 90 +guys what would mid 80s scale to this yr
state rankguys what would mid 80s scale to this yr
theres quite literally no point of the ext syllabus then if i cant use concepts i learnt in other courses's exam. ye i got a tan equation using compound angles and got the answer from therearent u not allowed to use ext concepts in adv? Im pretty sure u gotta make the equation tan and do it from there
