There are people who Mathematics 2 Unit that do not do Mathematics Extension 1.
Correction:
Mathematics Extension 1 counts as a 1 unit course if you take 3 Units of Mathematics. (i.e. Mathematics 2 unit + Mathematics Extension 1)

Mathematics Extension 1 counts as a 2 unit course if you take 4 units of Mathematics. (i.e. Mathematics 2 unit + Mathematics Extension 1 + Mathematics Extension 2)
