Eh just ask your buddies in uni if they've got a pirate Mathematica. I got one last year, but ended up doing half the assignment in the maths tutorial room thing on CB0115 anyway. See if your lecturer is willing to help you, I had Sabita and she ROCKS, practically shows you the answers (actually did that for me).
