[for the ppl who have done HSC phys]

How much do you believe maths has helped phys and phys has helped maths... because I am seriously considering designating phys to the trashcan...

Thanks

Nor do I, and according to my physics teacher the HSC markers don't mark you down.

i remember doing work in year 11 physics
we had to calculate the area under a graph to find some cars total distance travelled i found it interesting. Thats about all that physics has helped (or shown) what graphs can do.

HSC physics, well that depends, yr 7 or 8 maths has helped a little, being able to rearrange formula's and such, thats pretty much it.

the hardest thing ull get is prolli square rooting both sides in like time dilation equations... to find a velocity...

ppl who dun do any maths at all and do phys have trouble with that...

I had discussions with various ppl... our school has a policy of only allowing 12 units in prelim but I'm doing 13... with SOR crammed in a few weeks :p
I guess doin the prelim is a formality...

You mean to say you want to drop physics? What kind of mathematician would you be if you dropped its sister subject ^_^

No science is somethin that is just too appealin a path to resist...

Physics having some maths in it was the only thing that could save it :)
