Should I review through the hard questions in the textbook or should I just delve into past papers for 4u and 3u maths?

You should do past papers

From what I've seen (especially in 4u), there are quite a few common questions between the cambridge textbook (mainly chapter review I think) and the questions in trials ... So you're better off doing some past papers
