maths (and chemistry)

What's a good raw mark for a band 6 in 2u maths?
The weighted average sent in to the board of studies by my teacher was 82, ranked 4th out of about 22 and I've been averaging 85-87% raw in every past paper I've done. Do I need to get over 90% raw to get a band 6? Some people say you can get it by getting around 85% raw and some people say you need over 90%? *confused*

80-85 raw, (i'm not exactly sure) is good enough for a band 6 in majority of subjects.

getting a band 6 in maths isnt that hard. 15% of the state does it.
so assuming 10 000 people do maths. 1500 get a band 6
(im good at maths ) you shoul be able to be a part of that 1500

Chemistry i heard is an 80+ and Physics as well is 80+
it fluctuates year to year. but then again it isnt gana fluctuate by like 5 marks.
If you were t oget 80's in both im pretty sure you would get a 90 (for my sake and your sake )

Only thing i aint sure of is English Advanced.. grr...

Meh I'm planning on getting a band 4 in English so that's why I want a band 6 in everything else to get into UNSW..
