hi i need to figure out how do i work out the heas of reaction and then seperate to work out each chemicals own heat for 1 mole

Errm.
Is that supposed to be

2HgO(s) ---> 2Hg(l) + O₂(g)

As in:
Mercury oxide ---> Mercury + oxygen
