A Particle of mass 10kg, moving in a striaght line, starts at rest from piont A under the action of a force that decreases uniformly from 20N to 0 in 20secs. I then travels for a constant speed for a futher 20s, and finally moves under the action of an opposing force of 40N until it comes to rest at B. Find max speed attainted.

Im stumped. the whole 20N-- ON throws me lol

its should be F = 20-t and just integrate to get v

last part
F=-40 therefore a = -4 and again integrate to get v
