Describe an investigation that you carried out to observe the transfer of light by optical fibres. (OLD SYLLABUS)

Answer:
A group of optical fibres were taped together and one end was pressed against a light source. It was observed that the light travelled along the optic fibres and emerged from the other end, even when the optic fibre was twisted or tied in to a knot.

With the NEW SYLLABUS

Question = Describe an investigation that you carried out to demonstrate the transfer of light by optical fibres.

I think the answer will required more info than answer abve, wont it???
Could u guys do Med Physics suggest that new question????

i think it wud be pretty more or less the same!!!

i guess the answer should include total internal reflection sonewhere ... but you'd probably do that for both the old and new
