Hi, am i suppose to print the 2nd page of the merit scholarship in 1 A4 page or the page shaded in grey (personal details) as a separate page to the white (4. Attachments):

The whole application is one piece, my school has the actual application forms. That whole pdf is one booklet.

so does that mean i should print it, as the pdf is online?

There are 4 whole A4 pages to that document. The booklet is essentially 1 A3 piece of paper, folded in half down the short side. So, the centre fold is where you see the two joined A4 pages. So, if you do print it, it should be 4 whole A4 sides, whether you print back to back is up to you.

Best to see if your school has any booklets first.
