And the reason the majority of bands mentioned are international, is because most good metal comes from Scandinavia.

I like a couple Australian metal bands, but most of the stuff I'm into is from european countries. Vanishing point are good. I saw segression ages ago when they weren't known and thought they were alright at the time (my taste has changed since then).

Actually, the release described them as Metal, seeing as i have had no idea of who they were prior to this ep, i took that they were metal.

And yes...i was at MetalStock, if your talkin the one near scone, im guessing you were to.

FUKK YEAH!

I completely lost my grip on time and reality for however long they played (found out they have played for 90 minutes and 45 minutes at WhatIsMusic?). Truly one of the most incredible and unexplainable experiences of my life.

Count Raven is also rumoured to be touring Australia this year. Some guy in another forum said that he's gonna kill himself if they aren't touring, so I wouldn't think that is going to be necessary.
