A not so flattering message from Jacko was aired yesterday on “Good Morning America”.

“They suck...they're like leeches...I'm so tired of it”, Jackson was telling his former adviser Dieter Wiesner. “The Jews do it on purpose.”

The message had been recorded two years ago and was now exposed to the press by attorney Howard King, in an attempt to demonstrate that Michael Jackson
isn't a victim, but a victimizer.

Mr. King represents Wiesner and another former adviser who are now suing Jackson.
The private telephone message caused the prompt reaction of the Anti-Defamation League, who demanded the singer apologize for calling Jews 'leeches'.

Jackson's spokesman, Raymone K. Bain, said the singer had no comment on the report.
And Brian Oxman, one of the Jackson family attorneys, declared that the so called messages were in fact “telephone conversations recorded without permision.”

Michael Jackson has also upset Jewish groups back in 1995, when he included lyrics like "Jew me/Sue me/Everybody do me/Kick me/Kike me" on the song "They Don't Care About Us."

oh by the way it sais it was a private telephone message. it wasnt ment to be heard by the viewers of that show that played the message i dont think the people trying to sue him will win anything.

i think when a conversation is private, its stupid to claim it was ment to harm the reputation of someone/group of people, if it was for told to someone who isnt even effected by it.

hmm. well obviously it wasn't right to record a private conversation and then air it on tv years later, but nor was it right or necessary for jacko to say such insulting things...i'm inclined to say he should apologise but the fact he disclosed his (however distasteful) opinion in private circumstances makes me say no, he shouldnt apologise. he's allowed to think and say whatever he wants in privacy, just like the rest of us. had he gone on tv and publicly declared what he thinks of Jews it would have been different. but he never intended for the conversation to be bradcast, and after all he is entitled to his opinion, even if it is an insulting one.
