Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain to me what is the difference between the combo box wizard and the lookup box wizard in Microsoft Access 2007 is?

As they both look the same and appear to achieve the same purpose.

Does the difference lie between the two when a form is produced from the data within the relational dbs?

Cheers.

 Ok guys problem solved. For those that are interested, there is no underlying difference between the two as they achieve a similar purpose.

Thanks for viewing and trying to help out! :)

Yeah, Totally agree. It's a really buggy program. In some cases it doesn't even sort the tables properly and do the right thing on a switchboard. Lol even the teachers/lecturers can't get the thing to work properly. Trying to help one of them out at the moment by getting a lookup wizard to add more entries in without having to change the whole lookup. So far it is working, for how long is another mystery.

Also, if you don't know a bit of SQL at times and a problem occurs it is really difficult to fix. Lol as for some reason the coding stuffs up something shocking when doing aggregate queries.
