I just had a question about the structure of this semester. Does anyone know when mid-semester break is? According to the Academic Calender and our timetables it's around week 9-ish. Remember, we start uni after next week so according to "Mid-semester break 28 Sep to 7 Oct" that's pretty late into the semester.
Is this normal? I've been in uni for almost two years and normally mid-semester break is around week 4/5/6 or something. Have any of the older students/UNSW Alumni experienced an academic calender like this?
(Yeah I know it's way too early to be talking mid-semester breaks but this seems to have caught my attention).
