Minimising problem (1 Viewer)

OS: MS Windows XP SP2 English

Problem: For some application when I press the minimise button, it is reduced to a single close button and not allow me to maximise it again. Does anyone know which MS Knowledge Base Number refers to this bug so I can look up for a cure?

Not sure how to fix it completely, but a quick fix would be moving cursor to corner, drag when it changes into a double arrow and enlarge the window.

Hm... no matter which corner I place the cursor it doesn't change to a double arrow.
