I got the following question for an assessment tomorrow (my school is nice and gives you the essay questions a day early.. except for the trials) ... I've got some idea on what its asking.. but not entirely sure. We watch the film extract the Q talks about tomorrow.
The way ideas are represented in text will be governed by both the form of the text, and the purpose of the creator of the text.
By referring in detail to your core text, the given film extract and one other piece of related material of your own choosing, show how effective the composers have been in achieving their goals.
We've studied 1984 (powerplay) and I'm using Outfoxed as my ORM. I've got no idea what the film extract is.
Anyone got suggestions on how i should approach this question?
