Hi everyone,

For Modern, I've got Speer and was wondering what points you would discuss when tackling this question:

B) Assess the contribution of the personality you have studied to their period of national and/or international history. (15)

I am so confused, there is so many things to say and I dont know what is important.

This question can be tricky since it is so generalised. Unfortunately, I didn't study Speer, but what I did for my personality was ignore their background and early life and delved into their period of prominence. From there, I found the 3 most impactful aspects of their prominence and wrote three paragraphs addressing them. Remember to not go into too much depth in telling what actually happened (keep it to a sentence) and then assess HOW their actions in these events contributed to their time in history.
