Hi, I have an upcoming modern history task. It is an unseen essay, with 45 minutes time limit.
I'm wondering if any past students have advice on the best method to prepare?

Do you know what topic it is on? Russian Revolution, lead up to WW1, etc? Other than that, the best method to prepare I find is to go back through what you've been studying and think up essays accordingly. For example, if you've been doing Russia's economic policy then write down all the key people, dates and events attached to it. Also, don't forget to open with a solid statement that you spend the rest of the essay 'proving' with evidence. Hope this helps!
