Does anyone here play monopoly..
me and a few people get together once a week and play monopoly.. its rather fun and you kind of get to see different sides to people.. and its really a smart game.
if you can trick your oponents and outsmart them, buyin various properties off various people whilst planning a few moves ahead.. just like chess
Btw if you do play, do you play house rules, or follow the rules given?

House rules, most definitely. We only have the original Monopoly, but we were seriously considering getting either the Simpsons or the Millennium versions.

it has a lot to do with luck but yeah i love it hehe.

house rule: all tax thingys go to the free parking space bank, when you land on free parking space, you grab all cash in that bank.

we normally just stick to the rule book, except that if you land on those two squares saying you must pay $100 or something. its just after 'Go' and just before, you put the money in the middle for the next person who lands on 'Free Parking' to collect.

i stilll play we have the original and i bought the here and now limited edition, my bestie also just bought the disney versioon which is so awsome does anyone have the electroinic banking one?? i hope they bring out the credit card seperately soon so you can play it with ant version i imagine it would be so much easier

I play the original one with family. It's a great game and I love making deals with other players etc. House rules are good because of the taxes paid and won when someone lands on free parking.

and when i dont actually have a proper argument went i am fighting with someone i always say...

"go directly to jail. dont pass go. dont collect $200"

..and then i just storm off. lmao

=] oh and my friend and i have this special wacked made up rule when we play.. that if you land directly on go you get $400 =D SWEET!
