I was just looking through the past HSC questions and it doesnt say anything about evaluating the effectiveness, discuss law reform or morality...

And every assignment i did was either one of these three topics...

Does that mean that we dont include it in or do we still have to include it in somehow? and which one is the best?

I'm doing consumer and family btw

Just another question, when we insert legislations, do we have to write down the year and whether or not its a commonwealth or state legislation? thks

If you can remember, write it, iff not just write the short title (i.e. name of the act) its better than nothing and they dont normally 'take marks off' for not putting it in
