Is it possible to receive more than one sub-major written on your degree at the end?

When you mean sub-major do you mean a minor? Or a double major?

Regardless, you can only have at most one minor.

And not every degree offers double majors anyway

Depends on your course. With humanities it's usually possible to do 2 sub-majors/minors, not sure about STEM, etc.
