Well, sweetie, that's what I was addressing. Not everyone believes the term "baby" is appropriate for a clump of 8 cells.

look if the sperm meets the egg and its fertilised a baby starts growing.

Yes, obviously the post has gone off-topic, but I think that's okay. The issue comes up when people consider different forms of birth control.

Highwayman, I was merely confirming that the "couple thousand dollars" was indeed referring to raising a child rather than an abortion, as I wasn't sure.

I don't believe a fertilised egg in its early stages is a baby, as you seem to. Yes, I am pro-choice. If you want to further discuss it, join the debate in the politics forum :)
