Hi

Just wondering if anyone has any information or tips on how to prepare for the semester 1 subjects such as Neuroscience (Bios1171), Body systems structure and function (bios1170) and Biomechanics of human movement (exss1018).

Anyone who has done these subjects, would you be able to share your experience.

Greatly appreciated :jump:

Neuroscience (Bios1171)- best if you go to all ur lectures. Lecture notes arent that helpful so maybe some extra reading in your spare time.

Body systems structure and function (bios1170)- useful to have a colour printer. lots of pictures in lecture notes but its generally a very easy subject. Just memorise your lecture slides for ur exam. If u did biology in high school, its basically a repeat of all the stuff with some new topics.

Biomechanics of human movement (exss1018)- if you've done physics before, brush up on vectors & torques. Do practice calculation questions throughout the semester.

Thats all i can remember.
