I just got one of these last december and it's already stuffing up. I've got this 5 yr warranty thing though so that's my last resort if none of you can help..
Problem is, after transferring music from the comp to the player, i test them out to see if it transferred ok. Some tracks play, some don't. The ones that don't, have this message "No file" (as if it doesn't exist). They're all the same file types cos i checked, so they should ALL work. I deleted the ones that don't work and re-transferred them but they still don't play. I've checked the FAQ and troubleshooting in the manual and online - no help. It's a 20gig so i hardly doubt the space is used up. And it's fully charged. Anyone got any ideas??
