msn on a mac (1 Viewer)

ok so on my powerbook, im using microsoft messenger ... whenever any1 signs IN i see there nickname - well obviously right!

but like when ppl sign OUT the name on screen (offline) goes back to like an older nickname they once had ... I think all the nicknames are like reverting to the last time I signed in on a PC (not sure bout that though).

jus wondering if any1 has noticed d same thing happen to them?? and any1 know how to fix it ...

I've had that happen to me too, though sometimes instead of a nickname (old or otherwise), I just get the person's email address in the 'Offline' section. Doesn't really bother me though.

Ahh Messenger on the Mac is evil :\

Google aMsn and Mercury messenger - both have webcam support and offer Windows MSN like features like whiteboard, extended info on people etc etc etc - I find MSN for Mac always signs me out, even though my broadband connection is fine 24/7 - weird
