- Define the term frame rate and describe how different frame rates affetc the processing and display of video data.

Frame rate refers to the amount of frames per second. The high the FPS of a multimedia object then the greater amount of storage is needed as there is more data and high frame rates need a fast CPU to process it quick enough. The higher the frame rate, the more smoother the video or animation will be.
