OK, here's my effort. I'm usually good at M/C but some of these were pretty ambiguous.
1C
2D
3B
4A
5D
6B
7D
8C
9B
10D
11A
12B
13C
14D
15A
16C
17C
18B
19C
20C
Feel free to disagree with any of those, but I was most dubious about 3,6,8,15 and 17 (How would I know what a professional photographer thinks is important)

I got exactly the same except for:

17 I got A, I think the question was asking when looking for software which is more important:
A) capabilities
B) cost
C) supplier
d) stock

and for Q 6 I got D but I'm pretty sure I'm wrong.

13 is C not A because the symbol at the X is a parameter not a flag..

Pretty sure 1 is C. The keyword here is 'the processes'
Storyboard doesn't show you the processes
Data dictionary doesn't show it either
Data flow diagram shows the flow of data, but not the process
So i has to be C.

Number 2.... Select the day...
text box is not appropriate => data integrity and validity
checkboxes => nope, coz it enables you to do multiple selection (the question says... a day)
radio buttons might do, but a pulldown menu is probably the best. If you go to any site that requires registering your details, in the DOB secion they are all pull down menus (months, days).

for 1 i put d, coz data flow does show the process (ie.the circle symbols)

and for 2 i put c, coz u only have to select the day (ie.five of them)
so yeh. didnt kno which one between c or d

I got 13 C the PARAMETER not flag of customer name and address from the controlloing process.

17 A " digitial image manipulation" in the question.
A would be more important

I was caught in between C and D for 2 as well, but I thought that:

1. It would be more intuitive for novice users were presented all their choices at once in a frame.

2. That it is probably the only choice they have to make. The reason they use drop down in Internet forms is because theres too many choices, like its impractical to have 60 radio buttons for 1942 to 2002. But in this case the only thing they have to select is the school day of the week, which only has 5 choices anyway.

So in the end I picked C.

hehehe...I picked C for 1! :D

I reasoned that its the "processes undertaken in the manufacture of the spare parts" - so its mainly a physical process done by the production line, so in which case there has to be a sequential order that things are done - something that a DFD doesn't show. So I picked C, system flowchart. And a DFD is primarily used to show data flow in a system, which the question doesn't even hint about.

You know sometimes I think I over think the questions too much.

I think 12 was confusing too because B and D would work depending on how you wrote the program. If you use a pre-test repetition, you can do:

Ask question
do while hours > 0
Ask question
loop

So if you had zero employees you can have -ve hours in the first question to quit.

If you used a post-test repetition, you can do:

repeat
ask question
until hours < 0

With that you can still quit the program by entering a -ve number first. And I thought it uses less code and more logical to use a post-test loop, so I did D.

But I feel theres something in the question that I've missed cause otherwise its too ambigious the way I've reasoned it.

And in the trials I got 18/20 for the mc questions.
