question 8 has to be the stupidest question ever, everyone will put B and if they say thats right i'll raise all hell cause Napster did NOT BREAK ANY COPYRIGHT LAW their users did that

i'm sticking with B

D wouldnt make out, back then i don't think the software conduct mentioned about P2P, we were merely introduced to P2P by napster themselves, they made P2P sharing.

My thoughts on question 8. P2P did not breach the copyright laws or watever as P2P is legal. However, the aplication using the P2P network breached the copyright laws so its B. Could be wrong though.

but, prototyping reduces time as the development team, as u like to say dont have to reinvent the wheel.

how did you guys actually remember what you put down for each question!!

i just know that fo the Naptster, i wrote i nfringement on copyright or somthing like that
