aside from the fact hes a cheat, you have to look at who he took all these wickets against. warne took massive chunks of his records against the Poms, India, SA etc etc. murali took them all against the Windies, Bangledesh etc.

its like everyone jumping on Laras cock when he scored 400 saying he was better than bradman and tendulker et al when he scored them against a second string Zimbabwe team.

its all relative.

When you look at it, Warne had to play on Australian pitches most of the time, which are not always spin friendly. Murali would have played a great deal on spin friendly Sri Lankan pitches, that would be abother factor to keep in mind, plus the year Warne had out of the game.

england, nz, SA etc are shit at playing spin. - look at warnes stats against the indians. murali has double the number of wickets against the indians than warne

they're different bowlers. warne had an immense cricketing brain and was able to bowl his side out of tough situations consistently. not so murali, especially when he's not in sri lanka

a genius with the way he can turn the ball i guess...

but so could many other bowlers if they threw it...

it is impossible with a normal action, thus why no other offspinners can turn it the other way, but if you throw it then it seems quite possible.

Murali has got alot of his wickets against Bangladash... Jason Gillespie got 201 not out agaisnt them remeber, therefore he has taken nearly 25% of his wickets against a far un-superior team where as Australia always play the best teams... and have played bangladesh what 3 times?? Sri lanka play them every second week...

Are you serious? You obviously dont know the difference between a chuck and a fantastic action.
