i need to apply the Ottawa Charter to the priority area of "Musculoskeletal conditions and Arthritis".

applying it to the ottawa charter is simply thinking of ways that NHPA is promoted in:
Developing personal skills
Creating supportive environments
strengthening community action
Re-orienting health services
Building public health policy
