I play trumpet and wanted to perform "Georgia on my mind" with double bass, drum kit and piano. I managed to get my hands on an ed Wilson version with a vocal trumpet melody line. The melody line is pretty easy and i was wondering if anyone has any ideas on how i can improve it so as best to feature the trumpet.. maybe add a solo section etc.
The arrangement i was hoping for was like that one on the "Ray sings, Basie Swings Cd" anyone know how i can get a score for this or at least the chords?
