radioheads paranoid android is also cool.
recently i havent seen many, theyre way too comercial ESPECIALLY linkin parks ones, it's all fancy schmancy special effects that cost millions for clips that otherwise have nothing to them. even tools latest one parabola was overdone.

i will always resort to the following:
NIN - perfect drug and closer
aphex twin - windowlicker
beastie boys - sabotage
radiohead - ones that have already been mentioned
tool - most of them
foo fighters - all are good for a laugh

Have you seen "Come to Daddy" that is single handedly the freakiest clip ever, I saw it when I was younger and I had nightmares from it.

Yeah Radiohead's clips are all good except the first ones they had, which were just them playing live. Karma Police, Street Spirit, Fake Plastic Trees, High and Dry are all top, as well "Rabbit in your Headlights"by UNKLE (which has Thom Yorke on vocals).
