how much do u get paid for nightfill during probation if ur 17 at BIGW? is it true that during christmas they make u work every night or at least most nights and when does the preparation for the christmas season start?

I work at winston hills. For my induction i got paid $89 - 3.95 for union fee

No, you don't have to join the union. No employer can force you to join a union any more.

it depends on how many hours u work a week. if you work less then 10 hours its a 3.95 deduction but there is a more deduction if u work many hours a week

yeah theyve just jacked the prices up.. it used to only be $2 something, still a fair amount but i need my union with the crap shit of a store im in at the moment
